How to order
Ordering is easy — follow the steps below and you'll have stunning, high-quality custom event badges in no time.
- Choose your style: Customize your badge size, material, clip type, and ink options.
- Upload your artwork: Send us your design and your attendee data file (if applicable).
- Approve your proof: Review and approve a digital proof before we begin production.
- Track your order: We'll send a tracking number the moment it ships.
Artwork guidelines
To ensure the highest print quality, please follow these requirements when submitting your design files. Need an artwork template? Grab one here.
Preferred file formats
- Vector artwork (best results): SVG, PDF, or Adobe native files (.ai, .eps, .indd).
Accepted file formats
- Raster artwork: JPEG or PNG at 300 DPI minimum, or TIFF for lossless quality.
Pro tip: Build your artwork in CMYK rather than RGB — the color you see in your editor will match what comes off our press. RGB files get converted at print time and the shift is rarely the one you wanted.
Production timelines
For custom orders, production time begins after final proof approval and is in addition to transit time.
- Custom badges: 5 business days.
- Custom lanyards: 10–22 business days, depending on material selection.
- Quick-ship lanyards: Same day if ordered by 3 pm (plus transit).
- Badge holders: Same day if ordered by 3 pm (plus transit).
