What makes an event badge sustainable?
Three things: the material it's printed on, the way it's printed, and what happens to it after the event. A badge can be FSC-certified and still be wasteful if you over-order by 30 percent or ship it in plastic. We work on all three.

Digital and direct thermal printing
Digital printing needs no printing plates, so there's no plate waste and no chemical developing. Direct thermal goes further and uses no ink or toner at all, the image forms in the paper itself. Printing on demand also means we're not producing inventory that never gets used.

Compostable packaging
Your badges, lanyards, and holders arrive in packaging that breaks down in both home and industrial compost. No plastic mailers, no bubble wrap to send to landfill the moment your box is opened.

Badges
Our direct thermal and paper event badges are printed on FSC-certified paper, meaning the pulp is traceable to responsibly managed forests. Paper badges are recyclable with normal paper streams once separated from the holder.

Lanyards
Our recycled rPET lanyards are woven from post-consumer plastic bottles. They take full-color dye-sublimation printing exactly like standard polyester, so choosing the recycled option costs you nothing in design quality.

Badge holders
Our ultra-clear badge holders are made from soft, recyclable PVC and are durable enough to collect and reuse across multiple events, which is the single biggest waste reduction available to most planners.
