Custom Event Badge

Five stars out of five stars. Will be using them again for quality and customer service.

The badges I got were 4x12 custom event badges. They were fanfold, and we got them to use with our event printers. They were gorgeous when they came out. The print job was fantastic. We did color, and everything looked great.

We did have one issue when we were feeding the badges in and setting them up. We didn’t know that we had to move the CVENT Zebra printer sensor out of the way because these badges had a small hole for lanyards. If you are using badges with lanyard holes, just remember to adjust the sensor accordingly.

The most amazing part was the customer service. I was very stressed out and called for help. The gentleman (I'm sorry I don't recall your name!!) I spoke with walked us through the entire process and helped us figure out what the issue was very calmly. I was not calm at all, but he was incredibly helpful, and I was really grateful for how patient he was while I was freaking out.

I was able to get him on a call right away and told him, "OK, I need help, ASAP! This is not working. We have people coming in, we need to register, what’s going on?" He kept his cool, walked me through everything, and helped us get it working.

Once we figured it out, the badges turned out great. Everyone absolutely loved them, and we loved the paper badges we used.

Thank you so much! I highly recommend Billy’s Badges for the future. It was a super easy process overall. We used Zebra CVENT printers, and my recommendation is to talk to Billy’s Badges about what kind of printer you’re using before you buy. They were great!
